No response, no tracking, forever if ever to receive anything
Made a purchase on a fan motor on 6/24/22, still no package or tracking or response from customer service. It is now 7/19/22. Pathetic, will not order from again.
Order filled correctly and promptly
I was a little reluctant to try ordering from Zoro because of all the negative reviews here, but I decided to take a chance because I was ordering something simple that didn't cost much money. This is one of the very few web sites I could find claiming to have in stock baby wipes in plastic tubs. (It appears that these formerly common products are no longer sold most places, presumably due to the pandemic and supply chain problems.)
Zoro's price was very reasonable, and I received my order just 3 days after placing it. They did a great job.

Cheap prices for a reason.
I have been let down for the last time by this group. Regardless of the rather dubious 5 star reviews on this site (check them properly), they are unreliable, disorganised & at worst, appear to tell lies.
The prices may appear cheap but sorting out the mess after being let down actually costs more.

Unreliable and Incompetent. Do not use if you need things by a deadline
Not great at all. I ordered a tool that I needed for a job which I needed to complete by a deadline. This a normal and common occurrence for both trades persons and members of the public not in the "trade". The item was nearly 2 weeks late, in which case I had to shop elsewhere in order to be able to do the job. The item did arrive and its still boxed up in my workshop - which I was eventually looking to sell or giveaway as I ended up sourcing a better alternative so I could meet my deadline. Luckily I have been to busy to facilitate the disposal of said item and now I'm getting Emails from Zoro requesting Payment because my initial payment apparantly didn't "go through" despite them sourcing an item from an alternative company nearly 2 weeks late which doesn't have my invoice included otherwise they are going to keep badgering me for their mistakes!
I am now going to have to waste time chasing this up with my Bank, trawling through Emails and then arranging them to collect the late unwanted item I've not yet unpacked. They've ordered it from a third party so I'm not sure how this will work as I've not yet been able to get through on the phone to them. I don't really know why I decided to use them in all honesty. But based on this headache I cannot recommend them nor would ever consider risk using again. You had one job Zoro, one job!

Tried once, won't try again
I have been in the market for a gas powered pressure washer, so I did my due diligence in reviewing the best options and landed on one. I went to Amazon first because most of my review of the product led me there. But it was available through all the big name brand hardware stores. If either of those stires had one in stock I would've bought it. But, alas, I reluctantly went back to Amazon (on verge of cancelling Prime and going elsewhere, but that's another review). While about to checkout my Capital One shopping bot popped up and told me Zoro.com had a better price because I could apply a coupon plus get a rebate through Caputal One in a promotion. So, off to Zoro to check them and the product out. The site isn't fancy, has a lot of product, and seems fairly easy to use but feels dedicated to an industrial company first like many of Grainger's customers. The item was listed, there was no picture but no big deal, the price was as described by Capital One, and the product was drop-shipping from the manufacturer with a guaranteed shipping day of one business day. Awesome. Order placed no problem, 6/6/22. Confirmation came to email quickly confirming all information from the product page. Then silence. 5 days later there was no follow up and the charge remained in pending status on my credo card. So, I called customer service. They were dumbfounded the product hadn't shipped yet, claimed to contact the vendor and confirmed a delivery date 5 days later and asked me to wait. 5 days go by, still nothing. On 6/16/22 I call again, they claim the product should ship, they have no back order notice. I cancel the order, customer service offered nothing, but they "understand my frustration." So, on 6/16 I go back to Amazon, order the product and here we are, 6/21 and it was delivered. Zoro said it would take 7 days for the charge to release from my credit card, definitely unacceptable, credit card company removed it when I called. They never communicated any changes to delivery as required and never helped get me the product they sold me. I would not use them again, thank goodness for virtual credit card numbers for online purchases because if they can't get purchase orders to their vendors and communicate their supply chain results to customers, I can't imagine their cybersecurity is great. Will not try them again regardless of price. Your word to me means a lot and execution means more. Zoro.com missed the mark on both.

Great 1st purchase
Called for information on specific product. Nice customer service, called twice. Order arrived early, same product I ordered, Cheaper (with coupon), and arrived 1 week ahead of what Amazon claimed they would deliver.

Lies
I found the parts on their site yesterday and called to verify that they had it in stock before I ordered. I asked do they have it or do they order direct from the manufacturer. He stated let me check. He stated that they have plenty in stock at their other warehouse. Five minutes later I had my order in. I get an email this morning stating that the new expected delivery date is 7/29/22. Are you kidding me. I called and was told that they ran out of stock before my order was placed. How is it possible going from plenty in stock to five minutes later out of stock. Liars. They didn't have it in stock. I will never place an order with them again.

VERY MISLEADING
I ordered a 5 minute epoxy adhesive and the image shows two large 430g bottles for £22.99. However the description says 70GM (GM in capitals is not the correct recognised abbreviation for Grams) The proper description was hidden and you have to click other icons. I thought I was getting the two large bottles as per the image but received two small tubes of 70g. I questioned their customer service in detail and they were having none of it and I was told the image is for illustration purposes only and was the closest image they had for the product. VERY MISLEADING on all accounts. I was offered a refund but would have to pay for the postage meaning I would be out of pocket. You need to create an account for purchasing but cannot find a way to delete the account. I made the request to delete the account via their 'contact us' page. I would certainly not trade again with this company and I would certainly NOT recommend them!

Misrepresented products
Misrepresented item as 10 reams of paper, was shipped a box of 3 reams 2 times and refused to ship the rest of the order or offer a partial refund.
Product came defected
Product came defected, I wanted a them to send new one, so I could finish my project. Zoro said they would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. Um, no send me a new one and I’ll return the defected one. I ended buying from another company to finish my project for my customer.
